Community Service

Food Pantry Volunteer

Coppin Community Center
University Community Service Center

Volunteers needed to help distribute food each week to community members served by the Coppin Community Center in the Washington Park neighborhood. Every Monday, they distribute 10,000 pounds of fresh and preserved food from all food groups for 150 residents in zip codes 60637, 60621, 60615. Volunteers will help with truck unloading between 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and with food prep and distribution between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
