Project Assistant:Recruitment/Enrollment

Office of Special Programs - College Prep

Upward Bound after-school program for high school students seeks outgoing, highly organized individual with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, critical thinking and problem solving skills. This position assists with the identification and recruitment process for program participants by performing the following tasks:

(1) Contact and complete follow-up to obtain missing information and schedule application completion sessions

(2) Complete weekly download and audit of on-line application submissions

(3) Analyze and compile recruitment and application data into monthly reports

(4) Collect and organize data including, but not limited to grades, test scores, transcripts, textbooks, lesson plans and syllabi.

Flexible hours:  Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm; Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

All hires are required to complete a 90 minute orientation and on-boarding process.
